A Prague 6 based Catering Company is currently looking for an experienced Chef who will be able to run a smooth daily operation / to handle catering production of appx. 400-600 meals per day. Professionalism, reliability, excellent communication skills and good references are must .
Candidate must have previous experience in running standalone busy restaurant, catering or banqueting operation, be able to train and coach kitchen staff, hands on leader who has great passion for food / cooking. The right candidate must have prior kitchen management experience, ordering, pricing, menu planning (including creation of recipe data base), strong cost control skills & knowledge. Previous experience in catering within mass food production entity is a must, and minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Working time – 9 hours morning shifts, 5 days per week + events.
