Job Description – Business Development Representative


Develops new business opportunities by conducting high volume prospecting to qualified leads provided by marketing.   Thoughtfully analyzes account potential; initiates conversations about new applications and account sales strategies.


Duties:


• Conducts high volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads.


• Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer contacts, identifying and evaluating potential needs; analyzing sales opportunities.


• Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; and scheduling appointments with assigned Sales Representative.


• Work closely and collaboratively with the assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans


• Contributes information to sales strategies by identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.


• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.


Skills/Qualifications:


·         Builds Client Base, Establishes Partnerships/Alliances, Prospecting Skills, Foster Teamwork, Planning, Building Relationships


·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills


·         Native or absolute fluent German language skill, English and Czech as second language preferred


·         The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment

·         The technical aptitude to master our CRM tool


·         A keenly developed competitive nature


·         A highly self-driven sense of motivation


·         The ability to deal with objections


·         A fanatical attention to detail


You should have:


An Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related program. Ideally a previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.


 


This position offers a base salary + commission for achieving goals. You will receive thorough training to kick-start your career.
