We are now recruiting for the following position:  BANKING ADMINISTRATOR with GERMAN

 

As Administrator you will be responsible for the admission and distribution of financial product on the primary market in Germany. 

In this context, you will have to analyse the admission and documentation, to set up the relevant reference data in numerous banking applications and handle all relevation security checks and governmental requirements for the transaction to be legally recorded. 

 

Specific Tasks/responsibilities

- Handling of the admission requests for all products electronically provided  from the German  Central.

- Review of transmitted admission documentation i.e. the terms and    conditions of the issue in German or English language

- Review of formal eligibility of the electronically provided admission data for    warrants and certificates and eventually    correction of non-eligible according to the terms of the issue.

- Set up of the product receive with regards reference data and the initial  security booking in the relevant applications.

- Publication of the respective admission to the German Financial Market.

- Handling of specific customer queries related to the electronic admission    process.

- Other general task as required.

 

 YOUR PROFILE

- High School or a comparable qualification

- Good understanding of the Financial process.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German 

- Other European language an advantage.

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Dedicate, flexible and a great team player.
