Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:
- coordinate and supervise the daily activities of business support staff
- supervise employees and sets individual goals
- provide input into hiring decisions, performance management and rewards
- managing sales, merchandising, operations etc.
- perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager 
- prepare statistical reports of store activities
- drive business results

Person Specification

- High school/University degree
- min. 4 years of experience in retail environment
- min. 1 years of experience with people management
- knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
- good knowledge of English language
- great customer service approach

Location: Prague
Starting date: negotiable
