ICON Communication Centres, a leading international contact centre in the Czech Republic is pleased to announce its latest recruitment opportunities at its Prague location for customer service position servicing the UK market.
This project involves talking to customers to help them switch to a new service by the end of 2012 (as their present service is being phased out). This means ICON is looking for people who can handle primarily inbound and make supporting outbound calls to assist these customers; making their transfer go as smoothly as possible. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate high levels of customer service, data management and persuasion skills to be able to complete this essential project successfully for our client.
Your profile:
• Native or fluent level of English
• Dynamic, positive, hard working & persuasive personality
• Enjoys being part of a motivated and focused support team
• Very comfortable with technology (talk on phone whilst typing on pc)
• Success driven
• Customer service experience with some sales skills preferred but not essential
• Be flexible in regards to working hours (shift patterns including weekends available)
• Legally qualified to work in CZ
