We are currently looking to fill the last remaining teaching positions for our 2012 season.

About us...

Our language programs at SUMMER TIME CAMPS have been attracting the attention of parents and children for 18 years! We run HIGH quality camps for children aged 7-17.

We offer something for everybody. Apart from our traditional Czech camp 'Summer Time' we run 6 terms of ENGLISH 4 YOU, an intensive, FUN, language course for children as well as our ever popular EUROCAMP where children join us for 10 summer days, speaking English with their leaders and friends in a traditional camp style. NEW for 2012 is 'ENGLISH 4 YOU at Maderovka'. We have taken our ENGLISH 4 YOU program to hotel Maderovka for 3 extra terms to give our children and parents even more choice!


Our main hiring period is from January-May but due to some late cancellations we have a few openings that we would like to fill for the following dates:-

ENGLISH 4 YOU at MADEROVKA - 1 position for a qualified FEMALE teacher to teach on two terms 8th-15th July and 15th-22nd July

ENGLISH 4 YOU - 1 position for a qualified teacher to teach on two terms from 19th-26th July and 26th July - 2nd August. We also have 5 positions to teach for one term from 18th-23rd August.

EUROCAMP - 1 position for a ten day term from 10th-19th July. 3 positions for a ten day term from 21st-30th August.

It is possible for one teacher to take more than one of the above positions as long as the dates don't clash.


What we are looking for in our teachers...

- Qualified (minimum TEFL)
- Experience working with children
- Responsible
- Interested in working with children with a happy, relaxed, fun attitude (we expect MORE from a teacher than to turn up and teach a lesson. We expect our teachers to be with their group throughout the entire day, joining in sports and activities as well as lesson times)
- Physically fit
- A kind heart
- Ability to plan fun, conversational activity based lessons.

What we provide...

- Reasonable salary (4600kc for English 4 You, 4400kc for Eurocamp)
- 3 full meals plus 3 snacks per day.
