The room has everything you need: bed, wardrobes, shelves for books, chairs, desks, including double bed, linen blanket pillow... Internet access is available (incl. in the price). TV according to wishes.

The 3+1 appartment has a fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and WC.
In a separate room there is a washing machine, fridge, and microwave.
The appartment is located on the ground floor. Parking is possible in front of the building, where beautiful views of the green square near the house.

In a few minutes walk is a swimming pool (http://www.psslavia.cz/) and a good sauna, fitness center. Another plus is that it is near the shopping center Eden (http://www.nceden.cz/en/), a large non-stop supermarket Tesco, with bank, telfon, restaurant, pharmacy, optician, restaurants and shops.

Nice and safe area, close to the center. The room is located 10 minutes from downtown with lots of transport links to all parts of Prague. One minute to a tram stop (6, 7, 22, 24, 57, 59) and a bus stop (136, 150, 135, 213). The closest subway station: Náměstí Miru – 5 min; Flora - 5 min; Strasnicka - 5 min.

A few blocks of building is located Stadion Slavie - Synot TipArena. It is convenient if you like concerts or football.

Total monthly rent for the room is 7000 CZK including utilities (normal use) and the Internet. There is a standard condition of a refundable deposit when you move in, equal to a full monthly rent.
