This May, for the first time ever in Prague, join Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, and all your favorite characters from the classic comic strip "Peanuts" for the heartwarming musical YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN presented by the Prague Playhouse at Male Vinohradske Divadlo.
Fun for the whole family, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN features
great toe-tapping numbers, heart-felt moments and hilarious scenes about
the mysteries of growing up, how to win a ball game and the true meaning of happiness. If you grew up loving the Charlie Brown comics, you don´t want to miss YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN. Director JEFF BECK is really excited to be working with such a great team. “This is one of the strongest and most experienced casts to be assembled for an english-language show in Prague in a long time”, he said. The ensemble cast is headed by CARYN STRINGER (Snoopy), who has extensive London stage experience, and BRIAN CASPE (Charlie Brown) whose stage roles include the title role in Sweeney Todd, Fagin in Oliver! and Charlie Brown in a 1998 production of YOU´RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN. LINDSAY STEWART (Lucy), JAMIE KING (Schroeder), JAY DeYONKER (Linus) and LILY CHU (Patty) round out the cast. Musical direction by SUSAN BARRETT, lighting design by INES IGLESIAS, set design by DITA HERIANOVA and costumes by TATIANA EVONUKOVA.
YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN is in English and is suitable for ages
from five to a hundred and five. It will play for 6 performances (May 13, 14,
20 and 21) at Male Vinohradske Divadlo in Prague 2, just around the corner
from Namesti Miru metro and tram stop. We will have matinee performances
