“Rain was pouring in London Town…” people walk on through a typical English autumn morning on their way to work until out of the settling gloom an almost tangible and apparently invisible force emerges.

Smoking Apples Theatre Company presents “Seemingly Invisible,” a performance that tells the story of a seemingly invisible force which brings hope and comfort to those who need it most. This is a piece devised by the ensemble, incorporating live and recorded sound, storytelling, puppetry and physical theatre to draw the audience in and ignite the imagination.

The Company was founded in the year 2009 by a group of performers with a shared enthusiasm for challenging the notion of puppet and performer. The company continue to research and create their own approach to the theatrical space.
